A busy term for Upper Four

What a busy term we’ve had in Upper Four! It started off with a pond dipping session which was a fantastic hands-on experience for all the class! Since then we’ve been weighing, painting, baking, pottery making, not to mention the rest of our curriculum work including our numeracy and literacy!

Sunday Times parent power survey of the Top 100 Independent Preparatory Schools

We are proud to announce that in 2016 we have maintained our presence as one of the top 100 Independent Preparatory Schools in the country. This means we continue to achieve top levels in Key Stage 2 SATS.

Harvest Festival Service 2016

This year’s Harvest Festival service will be on Thursday 13th October 2016 at St Matthew’s Church.

Shakespeare Workshops

Upper Preparatory and Key Stage 3 enjoyed a Shakespeare Workshop this week thanks to The Shakespeare4Kids Company.

Quarry Visit

Upper 3 learnt all about quarrying and stone cutting on their visit to a local quarry this week.

Film Club

Children in the Prep School enjoyed a film evening where they snuggled down, ate delicious hot dogs and watched the Disney classic Jungle Book.
